Olga Zalomiy is the founder of the Law Offices of Olga Zalomiy, an independent law firm based in Los Angeles. Licensed to practice law in California, New York, the Russian Federation and the European Court of Human Rights (France) (“ECHR”), Ms. Zalomiy combines years of high level corporate, government, and independent experience, and knowledge of international mechanism for dispute resolution.

At the Law Offices of Olga Zalomiy, Ms. Zalomiy's principal transactional focus has been in the arena of domestic, Russian and international intellectual property, business, and corporate law issues.  She has represented parties in local business and acquisition and in cross-border investment transactions in the United States, the Russian Federation, and ex-Soviet countries. Her litigation expertise ranges from representation of defendants in real estate disputes in Russia, to protection of U.S. small businesses’ property rights in the ECHR from unlawful actions of the Russian government and defense of trademark owner’s rights in Federal courts in California.

Her previous legal experience includes six years of in-house counsel experience with the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, where she worked on projects ranging from legal support for building of the bank's back-bone network to protection of the bank's interests in the Supreme Arbitrazh Court of the Russian Federation. She also advised on cross-border investment transactions for one of the largest firms in southeast Europe and the Middle East.

Ms. Zalomiy is a member of the Executive Committee of the International Law Section of Los Angeles County Bar Association; an ABA Young Lawyer Division Liaison to the Central European and Eurasian Law Initiative; an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of ICDR Young & International and LCIA Young International Group.

She is educated both as a civil and common law attorney and received her J.D. from the Tomsk State University in Russia,  and her L.L.M. from the University of Southern California's Gould School of Law.
